It's simple ... Try to ware woollen socks
Once try to rub your inner side of shoes with back side of polish brush hardly .. it will be set right as it becomes old
If not it's doesn't work then try to add some lubricant inside the soes and rub it properly example vasline , oil ect and make to keep it in sun until it dried up
