Dude, I'm so old an out of touch that I've never heard of them. to cut myself some slack though I was one of those that had to keep thanklessly working nonstop throughout the pandemic. I feel like I missed out on a lot. To be sure I'll be checking them out now. great video.
I remember Truck when it was literally a stage on the back of a flatbed truck - one of the first of the "boutique" festivals. My friends Fresh Out the Box produced the dance music aspect of that event for years. I even did the visuals and lights in the dance tent a couple of times.
The gimmick is posh girls saying naughty words, they have two songs, the fast one and the slow one so basically a one hit wonder that gets recycled over and over. Thst one hit is good though, good enough to repeat with slight variations. Their management are savvy enough to milk it for as long as possible because ultimately they'll be remembered as a novelty act. Great for freshers balls and will always get the drunk students up on the dance floor. Silly, fun, disposable fluff, all surface but fine.
I enjoyed this video, good work
Thanks so much!

Incredible! It's come a long way since then, haha!
They're growing on me. Watching and knowing The Idles inspired them makes them a little more intriguing to me. Thanks for the video!
