Torque specs are: 15 ft lbs of torque, then while rotating rotor tighten to 30 ft lbs then back off 1/4 of a turn. Then you install: washer, nut, locking castle and cotter pin.

Are you referring to location or type?
Depending on the yr, it could have drum brakes in the rear or disks all the way around. In the vid it looks like the front of the vehicle since that's a spindle and not an axle. That's either an f150, e150 or expedition he's working on. All the rear wheel drives have axles in the rear and spindles in the front. Four wheel drives have axles in rear and cv axles in front. Hope this info helps.
