@@casperthegm741 The 20k is considered “flexible cash” you can use this to cover your closing cost and other things like: - Buy down rate - Lock rate - Finishes within the home (if you get a home in the very early stages) Everyone will have a different need for the funds. The most common for my clients has been, closing costs and rate buy down.
Hey Christian, another excellent video. And you're right; for out of state buyers who want to scout it out before visiting, these drive throughs are fantastic thanks. And you're also right about Groveland as a less expensive backup for us, in case Clermont/Minneola don't work out. I could see that two lane road leading to the community getting congested in the coming years as it builds up around there- that's one concern I'd have, but otherwise good value there (other than the cdd- meh).

@@moreflahomes meritage homes and starlight ,particularly “ gold dust drive” Do you know what will be in there amenities. Also I heard the school will be within in the community ~ so does that means the children won’t get or need bus transportation. Your videos are crisp by the way, and insightful
