Google contacts from icloud doesn't working at this date when i am posting this. I have only this method to try b'cause my iPhone has died and don't have other iPhone device in which i can login. Also nowadays, icloud is sending code to my device (iphone) in which i was logged in. And Google import method is not importing contacts showing "something is not right" so is there any other method?

To create vCard file you can log into icloud on your PC and export a vCard file. You don't need a 3rd party app
He said that if you dont want to sync your contacts to icloud you can use a 3rd party app. So yes, in that case you need a 3rd party app.
