I saw some photos of the Stretford End from the eighties when I first started going. It’s more than unrecognisable today. Even the tunnels moved. The pitch isn’t the same either, it’s got artificial grass in it now too. No sand patches in the goalmouth any more either.
Just a note for anybody interested in old Trafford. The listing process is there for people to protect heritage asset that have value. ANYBODY can apply for the building to be listed. It’s really easy. Maybe it’s something this community could club together and make happen?

I know it's a deadlock situation and thus maybe not worth talking about, but it's the two biggest mistakes of the club at the moment. They're two of the most expensive resources at the club, but their actual value is probably just average. They are supposed to be key players in the team right now, that's what the club gambled on.
