Superman and Batman honestly have one of the most wholesome friendships in comics, they have such fun banter and really respect one another, almost like brothers. And people say Batman is a lone-wolf
Yea a lone wolf except for Alfred, commissioner Gordon, Dick Grayson, Jason Todd, Tim Drake, Barbara Gordon, Lucius Fox, Luke Fox and Selina Kyle Kathy Kane the rest of Batman incorporated the Justice League and the Outsiders apart from them Batman works alone
Batman is a lone wolf the way Wolverine is: both _claim_ to be loners, but they each always end up with an adopted family and a circle of friends and allies who depend on them and keep them grounded so that they doesn't succumb to their darker, more self-destructive impulses.

One of my favs. And of course the 2 best voices of animated Batman & Superman, Kevin Conroy & Tim Daly. There is a second one to this. Superman/Batman: Apocalypse.
In the comics this was based on, Black Lightning was involved more because his real identity, Jefferson Pierce (who is also a school teacher) was hired to be Secretary of Education in Luthor's government.
This is how I prefer Batman and Superman to be written. As close friends who’s differences in how they approach saving the world bring them closer. Much more interesting than all the “Batman vs Superman who would win” stories we’ve been getting lately
I prefer the comic version of this story, as it has both Batman and Superman narrating the story and showing their opinions of one another. Gives a much closer look at the characters and how they play off one another.
This film has a sequel which is *Superman/Batman: Apocalypse* which you should watch afterwards. Then there’s some I highly recommend *Superman Unbound and Superman vs The Elite.* They are really good.
That actually a really good order to watch those Superman films, and although they are in different continuities and designs, in that order you listed it actually feels like the films interconnect together. For example watching the introduction of Supergirl/Kara Zor-El in Superman and Batman: Apocalypse and then seeing her return in Superman: Unbound where we see her have her own conflict, after we become accustomed to her in the last film, then ir actually feels like the two films are connected.
I was always confused about why/how SB Apocalypse was a sequel to this movie solely because of Power Girl. If Supergirl hadn't appeared yet, where did Power Girl come from? I thought she was a clone of Supergirl.

18:50 Rule number 1: Lex Luthor is a hypocrite. He doesn't actually care that humans on the planet have superpowers now, he just hate the fact that he doesn't.
Couple points: if you notice, batman smashed the meteor, while superman caught the bad guy down on the ground. Each switched roles that the other would normally occupy. In the sewers, when batman told superman that superman should experience the world the way he sees it, superman remembers that. At the end, when batman gets ready to disappear from the rooftop after superman brings him back from space, superman refuses to let him disappear. He keeps batman there to accept the gratitude from the people on the streets, as superman has done repeatedly after HE has saved the planet, thus forcing batman to experience the world as superman sees it. Each character drags the other into each other's world. Superman lifts batman up, while batman grounds him.
One of the best DC Animated films. The dynamic and interactions between Batman and Superman in this movie was just pure gold. Plus, Superman saying Batman was his best friend made this film a masterpiece. Glad you decided to watch this.
Superman at his best, is truly meant to symbolize hope and humanity, while Batman is meant to represent justice and perseverance. Supes is kind hearted with a warm demeanor and Bruce is cold and tactical with a tough outer shell. Together they’re a great duo with a honest respect for each other. They’re truly the 2 best heros in my opinion (this is speaking of how both characters are usually in comics)
Public Enemies is my Superman and Batman team up of all time with two of the most iconic voices ever, Tim Daly and Kevin Conroy. Yeah Batman and superman are opposites in personality but their dialogue is what makes it comedy. Gotta give credited to the editing in this 1, it was spot on.
I also saw this one for the first time pretty recently and it was definitely a fun time. It's nice getting to see Sups and Bats as genuine friends. Great reaction! Idk if you've seen Superman/Batman: Apocalypse but it is a fantastic watch too that shows Supergirl's origins.
Captain Atom and Major Force are not flesh and blood anymore, they are living energy encased in those suits. Major Force is also antagonist from Captain Atom´s comics. Luthor´s suit has force fields around his head, it is probably more hardened than other parts of the armor.
This is based on the comics run of same name written by Legendary writer Jeph Loeb by art by Ed McG. I love this film because it's close to the source material, plus the voices, voice-acting of Kevin Conroy, Tim Daly & Clancy Brown ( Batman, Superman animated series.) is such a treat to us fans who grew up with said Srs. I liked this reaction and also the line of superman saying that Batman was his best friend made me tear up
In most versions, Luthor's Lex-osuit has some form of force field over where his head sticks out
The Tylenol is Major Force. He's best known as the nemesis of Captain Atom...oh...and his work with refrigerators...
All star literally is peak superman 😩
Most underrated DC animated movie.
Batman beating Lady Shiva. Boy ain't no way. 19:23- That part is so cool "You've never been any good against magic.....And magic's what I'm all about!!! Such a cool line.
This is one of my favorite Superman and Batman movies
If you were Lois Lane in the Snyderverse DC wouldn't be struggling!
dope reaction! this film adapts the first story in the worlds finest comics. that series had a great run and flushed out their friendship so well. how the relate and how they differ. if you got the time you should check out that run
14:51 she called that man a “fuckin pill” 💀😂💀😂
Yeah Batman and superman are opposites in personality but their dialogue is what makes it comedy.
Gotta give credited to the editing in this 1, it was spot on.
An amazing adaptation of an already great story.
I also saw this one for the first time pretty recently and it was definitely a fun time. It's nice getting to see Sups and Bats as genuine friends. Great reaction! Idk if you've seen Superman/Batman: Apocalypse but it is a fantastic watch too that shows Supergirl's origins.
All star superman is a movie that might make you like superman much more, its a banger
There are some different coloured Kryptonites that does effect his mind in different weird ways.
Captain Atom and Major Force are not flesh and blood anymore, they are living energy encased in those suits. Major Force is also antagonist from Captain Atom´s comics.
Luthor´s suit has force fields around his head, it is probably more hardened than other parts of the armor.
Ayye. One of my favorite movies with these two. 🔥🔥💯👌🏾
Krystal: How is Batman alive?!
Batman: Because I’m Batman!
This is based on the comics run of same name written by Legendary writer Jeph Loeb by art by Ed McG. I love this film because it's close to the source material, plus the voices, voice-acting of Kevin Conroy, Tim Daly & Clancy Brown
( Batman, Superman animated series.) is such a treat to us fans who grew up with said Srs.
It's fun yet layered doesn't take itself to serious in the story telling, in particular love the scene of both Bats & Supes in the sewer, the banter between both characters is done so well you can believe they have history. (Well least I like to think so. Lol)
👌👌👌
Hey Krystal! Love your input and reactions to these films! Just wanted to let you know that Batman/Superman: Apocalypse is the sequel to this. I also HIGGLY reccomend All Star Superman and Superman Red Son
Definitely a top 10 dc flick and probably the best Superman movie
I recommend reacting to Superman vs The Elite, it's one of the best Superman animated movies.
