Here i am following our traditional way to do vadam and appalam. But dépensé on a climate, Too hot rain, snow, or haze. I will do it in my dinner table to dry. Its humble request to you please do not use "News Paper" for Arisi appam, vadam or any other food items. Its made and printing with Too many chemicals which is not at all good for health. It will go day to day your consumption. Its slow posion and chances of cancer. So, please use clean cloth like cotton Vashti or pudavai. Hope you will advaise to yourself and recommend to your friends and family who is using News-paper. Thank you. 🙏

While kneading dough you can add. In this video when they added green chilli paste, that stage you can add. If you add food colour, adding it at any pre-dry point is preferable. Extract எல்லாம் correct ஆன point ல add பண்ணனும்... !
Hi Akka I I tried this appalam it's come very nicely but I can't able to make round shape so what I am do I spread some oil in the dough make it small pieces ball and I go to Puri press and press the dough it's come round shape and I dry it in sunlight small variation I do but this one is easy akka to make a press and I fried appalam it's come superb
