    Beautiful mantra to accompany this supportive practice. I found your channel when I was pregnant. At five and a half months, our beloved son arrived - early and born asleep. Tears on my mat this morning as I find you again during my grief.

    Thank you so very much for this! I'm sick today and knew I didn't have the energy for a regular routine. I'm so grateful I found this so that I could get some yoga in despite feeling crappy. Hope your little one is doing well xx

    Thank you I have had the flu and still feeling very tired and fatigued but I had to get to the mat after a week of being sick and found this practice. This was just what I needed and will probably do this tomorrow as well. Namaste!

    No to morning sickness tea definitely great for nausea. Make sure you ask your doctor first. But my nurse recommended it and it seems to be helping quite a bit!

    Brett you had a yoga sur the flu back around 2014 that was easier. I can't do downdog when I am sick but your old video was great. If you know which one it is can you repost it please.

    Hi I am new subscriber .... Is there any thing related to anxiety or ocd related things in yoga .....I have never done it before waiting for reply
