One day I'll have the patience to re-twist my own locs. One day. Just not today. Or anytime soon. I'm so spoiled, I'm so used to just going to the salon. lol But I really need to learn to suck it up and do them myself so I can save money. Loving your locs though, they're beautiful! I'm currently 4 months in and you're one of the people I look to for motivation. Be blessed!
Been growing my locs for 18 years and you taught me soooo many tips and tricks to retwisting my own hair 🙌🏿 figured out what I was doing wrong, so thank you! For most of my loc journey I had the luxury of having a stylist, now that I'm doing my own hair, I needed this video to teach me tips and tricks so that it looks just as good as when I was getting it professionally done. 🙏🏿
This was very helpful. I was getting so frustrated not understanding why my locs would unravel in the clip. Now I know I need to hook to other hair to keep it steady. Thank you again! Im gonna try this again. It's my 3rd time trying to retwist.
Amazing! I really want to learn to do it my self. I just hit my one year mark and I'm looking into taking my dread journey into my own hands. Your video is really going to be a great help. Wish me luck!
Thank you for posting this and being specific, so many questions answered! I am three months into my loc journey and every time I try it's a fail but now I see why!
I’ve been retwisting my own hair for only a couple months (1yr and 4 months loc’d) and I can’t wait for my parts to be like yours after a wash lol. Great video
Great video your hair is so beautiful thank you for the encouragement other people may need to hear that 😉I’m shoulder length now kinda 😊January 19 made a year ....😊Blessings
I've been growing my dreads for 1 year and 4 months . And I get a retwist every few months, why I do it is because I give time for my new growth to grow, and put less stress on my dreads. when you retwist your hair every 2 weeks your not giving your new growth time to come in.

I love the endless styles you create with your locs.... I'm about to take the loc journey within the next couple of weeks, how many locs do you have?

Happy New year. great video. I love watching your channel. I love your locs. how many do you have?
+Mur Bonn (Blovshy) Thank you. I have 97
OMG you're gorgeous
Love your hair! Would you say your hair is thick? I really love the size of your locs and partings. Did you start your own locs? Blessings.
+Robin F My hair is not really thick epecially compared to other people I've seen. I went to a loctician to start my locs.
Looks like you twist counter clockwise, the hair grown clockwise which means the lox’s stay locked longer if twisted the clockwise way🤗
thank you!
Thanks
Nice!! can't wait for mines to get that long! Follow my Loc Journey!!
When starting locs, when should I start retwisting (2 weeks from the beginning)? Also, when can I start cleansing? Thank you.

+Bernice St.rose Yes, I retwist everytime I wash.

+ludakriss17 Yes

What street fighter 2 song is that?
Nvm, you listed it at 7:54
I thought you’re supposed to twist to the right
Tiffanyantt it doesn’t matter which way you twist. As long you twist in the same direction every time. 🙂
Very nice pretty lady
you remind me of Tamar Braxton
You twist the wrong way
u just bad for no reason
