  • Welcome to My 30 Popular Southeast Asian Recipes Series | Part 24 out of 30. Twenty-Fourth on My List is Spicy Garlicky Roasted Tomatoes Savory Dip Sauce | Lao Jeow Muk Len ແຈ່ວຫມາກເລັ່ນ🍅🌶️🔥🧄
Jeow translates to Dipping Sauce. In the Lao, Iu Mien, Thai Issan (Northeast Thai), and Hmong Culture. We make a lot of Jeow (Dipping Sauce), and Salads (Laab).
Out of all the Jeows. One of the most Popular Fan Favorites is the Lao Salsa (Jeow Muk Len) 🍅🔥🧄🌶.
Pair this up with you Favorite BBQ Meats, Fried Chicken Wings, Steamed Veggies, Sticky Rice, and Jasmine Rice.
    Instructions:
    1. In a Pestle and Mortar, Smash and Combine Roasted (Air Fry at 375 for 10 Mins) 👇🏻
2 Cups of Roasted Tomatoes 🍅
    5-7 Garlic Cloves 🧄
Desired Amount of Chili Peppers 🌶🔥
    2. Add 1 Tsp of MSG. 1 Tsp of Fermented Fish Sauce (Padaek) and 3 Tbsp of Fish Sauce.
    3. Top & Garnish off with Chopped Cilantros, and Scallions.
Adjust to your likings. Should be Spicy, Garlicky, Salty, Savory in Flavors. Pair this up with Sticky Rice. This will offset the Saltiness for a Delicious Blanced Collison of Flavors and Texture.

It gets steamy in the air fryer rather than charred
