If you are struggling to get footage with these types of events, I would suggest using replay mod as it records all the loaded chunks in the session so you dont have to worry about capturing the footage with freecam and can focus on surviving
@@storgephobia yeah but he said he didnt capture the final kill in the tournament. Maybe he was out of range for replay mod if he had it but idk
Isn’t replay mod not compatible with 1.8?

I tried replay mod before in a newer version so take my opinion with a grain of salt but every time I tried to view a replay file, replay… disagreed with baritone that I had with my client, so that may be the issue

I love the "if everyone has an advantage, no one has an advantage" style of these fights. Because _everyone_ is using hacks, it becomes a game of skill again, around just how well you can manage your hack client and play the game at the same time, while countering other hacks you may not be familiar with.

@@HaloDude557 Sure, just as in running, not all shoes are created equal. There are no BEST shoes, but some great shoes cost more, just as some hack clients cost more. In the end, you come prepared or you don't, they get to choose which client to use for what they think they'll need.

let's say you and your opponents are stuck in holes, and both of you are next to each other. Neither of yall can leave the hole because once one of you do so, the CA targets the person who leaves the hole first and that guy dies
So what can you do?
one of 3 options:
1) Sword + Strength
2) Face placing (very bad, you're gonna run out of crystals
2) Bow spamming
IMO bow spamming is better cause it kills more reliably in my experience, though this won't work if your opponent blocks the view

ID splash potions. Though, you'd be better off using ID tipped arrows. Then again, if you were stuck in a scenario where you couldn't hit them directly with the arrow the splash effect of the ID potion would be able to hit them anyway.

The concept actually has anti griefing built in. It discourages builders to come and try to blow it up while the fights are happening since they’ll just get targeted, and after the fights over, the build is most likely already pretty heavily greifed. Great video as always Fit.

What about having a massive number of builder bots quickly overtake the spawn and turn that into an arena? The moment the last block is placed, the game is on and all who registered have one minute to enter the arena through the designated gates.

Something about, "Don't bring a bow to a crystal fight." Although you can explode crystals from a distance with bows so I could see some use.
However the crystal aura would blow them up faster than the bow
@@pianodna-james3147 Bows serve good purpose though: Crystals have a limited range. Stay up high, and you can pepper targets from below. They cant move to attack you without putting themselves at great risk. Even if it isnt much damage, it does at least do something.
snowballs are faster and are better at medium range

That obsidian coliseum was one of the most impressive builds I've seen in a while
There's something beautifully ironic about PvP hackfights being more interesting and skillful than regular PvP.
It isnt more skill full there is also crystals pvp for non hackers and its even more insane because Anchords come in the mix in more recent version

I think since we don't see cristal pvp often and it's usually over pretty fast people just assume it's not that hard. but it's great to see more of it and get to understand how hard it is.

Administration of groups and getting people together is hard enough but throw in the fact you’re dealing with a lawless community ready to pop off whenever, it’s pretty sweet.

ive always appreciated cheaters vs cheaters in games to be harder than the real game. it adds a layer of more options and things that could go wrong making it harder due to the increased complexity. unfortunately counter strike players havent noticed this yet

It's safer for the spectators to be much further away since freecam can go as far as your render distance. Right below they can easily be attacked after withers destroy the arena.

You are even more fool than everyone else here. Bows are used all the time in 2b2t pvp. Weakness arrows inhibit your opponent's ability to break crystals(completely stops it if they are vanilla) and gives you an advantage when wearing each other down with swords. Spamming harming arrows is downright overpowered and practically forces the enemy to block themselves off from you. AND CROSSBOWS DON'T EXIST ON 2B2T!

There should be more servers that encourage hacks to be used in tournament settings. Like hacker vs hacker but you can have esp or hack vs hacks but not auto swing or fight but everything else is allowed.
Sounds like a nightmare to organize and supervise…

if only theres a way to create a gamemodes where it utilize hacks except ESP,Killaura and AutoAim and Fly Hacks(Because this one have a harder time making server allows it) might be interesting to see its playstyle that utilize fast hotkey hand
though it might be a nightmare(but might doable with its own client just for that server)
