Frank Ligi k have fun with that. Even winning the lottery affording one of these boats would be hard. I don’t think you realize the costs of boating...
@@hobo8399 my mind 🤯🤯just thinking about the costs..... Maintainace alone, usually no less than 10 member staff, gigantic fuel tanks, the docking fees OMG, captains do not come cheap.
Lisanda04 i own a 55 foot searay and it costs about 30k a year to keep it up. A boat this size in this video has a gas tank that costs you about 50-100k to fill it up, crew would cost about 200k a year, maintenance to clean it about 100k from deck cleaning to going under the boat to engine cleaning. You’re looking at filling this boat up about 3-5 times a year which costs about 500k per year. It would probably take 1-2million a year to maintain

Why haven't yachts of this size, or "giga yachts", begun using nuclear energy like aircraft carriers for energy/propulsion?
Nuclear materials are under governmental control. It’s not something yacht builders have access to. You wouldn’t want your yacht raided by terrorist looking for nuclear materials. In addition, I’m sure that even if it were available, the cost would be astronomical even to the ultra rich.

Giga pronounced "Jigga" is only applicable when talking about power: "1.21 Jiggawatts" is 100% correct. At least according to Dr. E. Brown.
