Ideas hundreds of years old. But good presentation for the new generation.I am a 74 years old professor and I feel that happiness is a state of mind and may be 5% will become happy after watching related videos and reading books. Rather watching such videos often creates unhappiness in some individuals.

If you want to be happy then you are bound to be unhappy also. Always there is opposite side of everything. You have to develop an equanimous mind which doesn't exalt or falter in different situation. Every moment is just a moment which passes away, you just have to witness it only not involved.

There are three essential ingredients of happiness or enjoyment.Clear goals, immediate positive feedback, balance between challenge and the skills of a person.Imbalance between challenge and skills result into either boredom or anxiety. When the challenge before one is greater than the skills of a person there is anxiety, when the challenge before one is smaller than the skills of the person there is boredom. But when there is balance between challenge and skills of a person are in balance enjoyment ensues.🙏🙏

Concluding words were worth appreciable. But one thing is absolutely certain the more you share the more you feel happy. Harbouring the desire is consequences of Stone Age to digital era as it has been motivating human spirits to move forward. Every one fulfils desires according to capacity yet there is no yardstick to gauge happiness and it’s ultimately state of mind in all situations.

Yes Nice session but I want to say something what do you think about happiness is it come from object Or come after the fulfilling of desire but One thing if you reduce your desire you will be satisfied And feel happiness so look around yourself notice that how many of them have positive thought And how many of them have negative thought And their ration will decide how Happy you are have you ever been outside alone I mean oversea but the most difficult time when are alone in abroad And you have no familiar One in such case any One become stressed And loose courage as well as Hope And it become difficult for him to live there ..
