Cold Setlist: 0:58 - (Unknown) 5:25 - Confession 9:33 - The Day Seattle Died 13:00 - Witch 16:48 - No One 20:12 - Gone Away 23:25 - Came All the Way 27:10 - Just Got Wicked
they came to an xfest for a radio station in Dayton,OH round this time. what a time to be heading into your twenties, now look where we’re at. and that station is now country.
So Came All The Way was released in 2004 but it was played here, maybe it was from the Year Of The Spider sessions since Scotter talked about testing the new shit? and is probably the same deal with the first song of the set
Came all the way was written for Year of the spider but never made the album. It's actually listed in the liner notes of Year of the souder. Instead it was used as a b-side along with the track Check Please.
Because this was the early version of the song, before YOTS was released. The album version also had lyrics added to talk about Layne Staley who died shortly after this concert was played.
cold is cool but i hate scooter singing at that era. he sing like he broke his jaw or something and it's hard to understand what he singing about. today he sounds way better
i was here at the time a big cold fan and this was a disappointing performance. They needed to come out with bangers like just got wicked or remedy. They bored the crowd and they had rented equip that kept failing
This reminds me of the first few times I saw COLD live...whoever was doing their sound did a terrible job.. you could barely hear the vocals and the entire shows just sounded bad...
Out of all the Nu-Metal bands that ever existed, Cold were always the most boring. In my opinion of course. If you dug them coolio for you, but maaaaannnn... Snooze fest
They had a couple tracks that I enjoyed, like Sick of Man, Stupid Girl, End of the World, Go Away, Wasted Years, God’s Song, When Angels Fly Away, Just Got Wicked, and Flight of the Superstar. But I can see where your opinion goes. I see them as one of those bands that had a balance of radio - ready rock mixed in with angsty nu metal. Pre - 13 Ways to Bleed Onstage, that is. Afterwards, they became - Whatever They Became (😏) to some, if not, most people. I think they were trying to balance melody and heaviness to their music; tried to stand out.
Yeah i just watched this video and thought, the intro was cool and had potential to be explosive and then they just played the slowest boring song ever...i only know that one hit of theirs "Stupid Girl" but yeah what a snoozer band

Pissed for them as a sound man. You had one job! One Tom was miked! Monitors we’re probably non existent. Cold Still pulled it off.
Dang, I remember this! They opened with a 'new' song that I don't think ever saw the light of day.
Yes, the working title was “im gone” the final title was “erase my life”... sadly aside from this and a few other live shows it doesnt exist.
@@dmitriykarpunin8422 you would know eh? lmfao
@@xenoturdd you know it
I'm diehard Cold fan, but even I could not recognize the first song. It's so cool that thanks to this channel we can find such rare shit 👍
It’s called Erase My Life
I’m that knucklehead crowd surfing at 7:12 haha.
Look at you now! How lovely teenage years can be...
I bet that show awesome wish I could have seen them.
Cold was there for me every time I went through a breakup. Plus Scooters voice is very cool.
Thanks for the upload!
In my opinion this was the best Cold lineup. I saw them live for the first time the year before.
This channel Never ceases to blow me away
xfest 2000 to 2003 was a solid line up of bands

Whats the first song? Idk this one. I like it tho
9:26 the day Seattle died, I wonder why the lyrics were changed

@@Skunginoggin345 thanks, still the original version is great
This crowd makes me so happy... Wish it could still happen without cellphones and lawsuits....

no smoking
What’s the first song
I found out what it is. It is an unreleased song called "Erase My Life". I hope they release it just like "Check Please"
This reminds me of the first few times I saw COLD live...whoever was doing their sound did a terrible job.. you could barely hear the vocals and the entire shows just sounded bad...
Please try to get more crazy town content

Send In The Clowns is my favorite Cold song. I thought they were more alternative/hard rock than nu metal
I loved their first two albums. They were one of my favorite bands growing up.
...Says the guy that everyone hated growing up. Flash forward 20 years and guess what? Nothing's changed.
What album was 'Came all the way' from ? ?
Song from Psi Ops: The Mindgate Conspiracy video game soundtrack
@@Jazzlobber correct but it actually was written for Year of the spider but didn't make the final cut.
