Great interview. Im a prior MSgt currently going through UCWT. Everything Major Thorn is saying is accurate and this really gave me some insight into some of the things I need to work on as I transition to the next level leadership.
It's very hard to watch this video as a non-military member because we live it everyday. So the word "fired" we know it simply means to be removed from a certain and have some responsibility removed. But perhaps a civilian watching this, they may think it means being removed from the military.
Loved the emphasis on project management. So true that a lot of the technical aspects of leadership end up boiling down to that.
