Simon a far better product to use is Farecla G3 compound, available in a similar sized tube but the finished result will make T cut look like you have used a Brillo pad on it. Unlike normal rubbing compound the abrasive breaks down in use so you effectively are using a finer and finer grade the more you polish it out. Fantastic results

Ok so that worked after about 1.30hrs of hard-work.... I think next time I'll buy one of those polisher bits for my hand drill and save myself the hassle. Cheers for the tip, driver looking top notch now but I'm knackered 👍

    Hi
Love the video.... had similar issues with a Cleveland 688 Driver . bag marks and scratches around the hosel.
Tried T-Cut which worked for 90% but the tough ones wouldn't lift out.
So I use Autosolvol Chrome Polish, only a very small amount as it is more abrasive, so you need to be gentle.
Then T-Cut & Maguires Car Polish after. 99% done!
    Cheers

Try rubbing compound first for deep scratches and then move onto T Cut.

Meguires 105 and 205 and a microfiber cloth, the only problem with using any cutting compounds is how thick the paint is, if you use hand methods then you won't get a good as finish as a machine but machine polishing has the danger of burning through the paint. Another product to use on clubs to get the shiney back is Autoglym Super resin polish, it's more of a glaze than a polish but would work.
