Here is Jon's story as part of the journeys featured on the up and coming 'Through the Exposure' film, due to be released in May 2017.

The film is based around a simple reflective framework 'Through the Exposure Reflective Framework' (STL 2016) as an attempt to directly gather peoples experiences of their interaction with the ocean, through a personal narrative approach.
The framework simply asks: How do you feel before, during, and after surfing?
