No matter how busy your schedule is try to take out sometime for exercise you can start with 30mins of walk trust me you will feel better. Even I am a working women with hypothyroidism I do walk with my diet(nothing special just less carbs more of vegetables, eggs, whole grain like all kinds of millet pulses and use less oil) and try to do dinner before 7:30 it will definitely help.
