Jo log bolte hai ki marks ki value nahi hoti, vo log ya toh khud mehnat nahi karte ya fir dusro ki mehnat ki Kadar nahi karte.
Sure, marks kam jyada hone se future decide nahi hota, but ache marks aane se, ache future ki guarantee badhti hai and rasta saaf hota hai. Ye log nahi samajhte.
Vo 10th me ache marks laegi, toh 12th me apne man ki stream milna easy hoga.
12th me ache marks aaenge, toh acha college milna easy hoga.
Acha college milega, toh achi job starting me hi milni easy hogi.
Aachi job starting me hi milegi, toh grow karne ki opportunity bhi early milegi.
Ofcourse vo person to person and unki mehnat pe bhi depend karta hai, but agar marks ache lane se, aap struggles avoid kar sakte ho, toh kyu na karo? Mai nahi manta ki jinke marks kam aate hai, vo succeed nahi kar skte, but unko creative hona padta hai, life me struggles hote hai, mehnat karni padhti hai jyada. But mehnat toh karni padti hai, ya to abhi padhai me karlo, nahi toh baad me jindagi me karoge. End result dono se same aa sakta hai but sabke lie life me succeed hona possible nahi hota, toh jo best route hota hai vo choose karte hai.
Crore failures/dropouts me se 10 succeed hote hai, and unke example dekh ke log bolte hai ki dekho fail hokar bhi success mil sakti hai. Baki ke jo logo ka struggle hai vo na koi dekhta hai na koi sochna chahta hai. In successes ka bas ek point hota hai ki marks kam bhi reh gye, toh jindagi khatam nahi hoti, iska ye matlab nhi hota ki bacho ki mehnat pe khushi na manao, ya fir marks lane ki koshsih hi nahi karni hai.
