I’m from assam .. and as a Assamese girl humare ghar me avi v ye rituals hain ki jab hum logo ka period atti hain hum 2nd days tak akele rehte hain, kitchen pe janeke liye allowed nehi hain. 3rd day morng uth ke achhe se fresh hoke hum firse normal life me aa jate hain… Bohot fmly avi ye itni busy life me ye rituals follow nehi karte hain…. But as a middle class fmly se hain hum or mere papa ka manna hain ki ghar me bohut puja and so many types of rituals hote rehte hain toh ye period ka niyam humare ghar me avi v follow hote hain…
