Incline & Decline Mechanism: How Does NordicTrack Treadmill Incline Motor Work

Do you know how the motor of a treadmill performs incline and decline?

For NordicTrack treadmill, there is an incline motor that lift the running deck up and down for this purpose.
These is a "metal screw bar" which will incline and decline the running deck when receiving signal from the controller.
