Where do they exercise? Shop? Where do their kids go to school? These are things to consider in terms of where to position yourself.
If my goal and is to be an agent in Beverly Hills or Malibu, should I prospect there right from the start or should I start in a poor, middle class area and gradually prospect in richer areas?
