Oh that's not good! I don't know the technical size, but I measured them 4mm/0.16" for the head, 7mm/0.28" for the tail 5mm/0.2" for the bolt Photo: drive.google.com/file/d/1aEtkGWz2_NplEh869ZWFrpAi4ktKAFn5/view?usp=sharing
Oh no... Does this happen to all of them or just one? If just one, is it the figure/item too heavy for the stand and you might need to get something stronger?
I tighten the clamp part to hold the figure and it comes loose. I know that there is a way to tighten loose joints on an action figure using pledge or other solutions. Would it work if I use it on the screw to keep it tight? I tried searching how to fix this but there are no info about it.
I have ordered at alliexpress ... but the 2 "arm boards" you have are different then mine. I can't connect mine with the base and claws . Thanks for the tip.
Ey dude just got this and assembly it myself with no instructions but that stand that i got has a extra part in the runner I don't know what it is but it's a rectangle with two holes for screw each end do you happen to know what it was?
Hi Darth Vader! Sorry to hear about the item not coming with instructions... I might have some tutorials for more Amazon stands coming next month (July) but nothing scheduled for this month.
Mine didn’t come with screws, so what sizes are the screws?
Oh that's not good!

@@Awarsing thank you for the reply. Well, is only a one little claw that grabs a 6inch figure. Not that heavy.

I have a support stand that has a circle on the bottom and it attached to the figure with a peg. I don't know how to put it together
Hi!
Sorry I currently don't have any stands with a circle base.
So I won't able to help you there...
how strong is the hold?
Sadly not that strong, I haven't been using them too much to elevate figures...
Where do I get this?
I brought these from Amazon Australia:
www.amazon.com.au/gp/product/B07YWYTS72/?th=1
what do i do to tighten up the base and rod together cus they keep falling
Hi!
Other then tighten the screw parts even more, it could just be the quality of the stand...
@@Awarsing we have the exact the same stand
@@heartz9151 Oh that's pretty cool! 😎
Mine didnt come with the screws, lmao
Well that would make it intersting....
Hey I need some help because at the base of one of my stand it broke off and is stuck inside the pole
Oh no... As in it snapped?
Sorry I'm not sure if you can do much to fix it...
@@Awarsing like the part connecting the base and the pole together got snapped off inside
@@hashimhussain8973 I see
Do you think you can get a replacement/refund?
Otherwise I don't think there's much to be done to fix, if it's snapped...
@@Awarsing yeah it’s my fault I accidentally dropped it off my desk but I think I wil just glue it
@@hashimhussain8973 Ah I see...
Yeah see if glue works, thought not sure if it will be strong enough to hold it in place over the long term...
I tried but it very have to build one
Oh no! What part are you having trouble with?
It’s cause when I build mine it falls down like you your can like stay like a ball joint but mine falls
@@Footballfusion.productions1372 I see... Does it allow you use a screw driver to tighten the joints?
They don’t tighten
That’s not good 😣
I ordered some Tiantian figure stands from Amazon and have not come with instructions, could you help me out please?
Hi Darth Vader!
Sorry to hear about the item not coming with instructions...

@@Awarsing thanks👍
I don’t even have arm rods
Oh…
You might need to contact the store/seller and get a replacement?
