I’m new into the foxbodys. My dream car as a kid...I’m in a wheelchair so they tried convincing me to get a wheelchair van I said no I want a foxbody with some hand controls😀👍
Kit didn't come with torrington bearings to put under the coilover spring where it adjusts the ride height at? It'll bind the spring and make creaking and popping noises without them 😐
Im pretty sure that you shouldn't put anything on the threads! It will attract dirt and gald(strip) them. It's an aviation thread that is to be left dry.
👨🏻🦽hi I just installed these style coilovers on my 87 vert buy only issue I’m having is that it’s hitting hard up front when I hit a bump. Boom boom ...does anyone know of this please ...
@@black88coupe definitely not telling you what to do. But strange says it in there instructions. They explain that it collects dirt. Those roller bearings aren't going to see enough rotational speed to build heat. The rollers are just there to let the hat rotate freely.
Exactly the video I needed. Thank you!

Haven’t had any of those issues so far. Been on the car a couple years so far.
Is the compression bumper absolutely necessary I don't have no stock one take it off
Not 100% sure
@Mitchell Beri it isn't been driving without since my comment haven't had a problem
@@jess6972 ok cool. Sorry for the slow response. I just saw your message.
Is this a 12x 200?
datsdylan007 That spring was a 12 x 175. Now running a 14 x 125.

my upr ones use anti seize. says if not used it voids the warranty.
Unless your constantly running the adjuster up and down i doubt it’s an issue.
You have any idea if this kit will work with an OEM Stock spring?
It won’t
Does this work with kyb ?
Not sure. Most likely.

I don’t typically have any issues but I definitely try to watch out for the bumps.
Wasn't supposed to put gears on the bearing
lencoler smith Why not?

lencoler smith I have to call them today anyways so i was gonna ask. Thanks for mentioning it.
@@black88coupe keep us updated.
lencoler smith They said it really doesn’t matter. Doesn’t really help and it doesn’t really hurt anything either. Personal preference.
