The search engine integration per se, does not affect the functioning and or the capabilities of the individual development of respective assistants.
People tripped me out when they hated on Bixby when it first came out now it has surpassed siri in less than a few years when siri been out over a decade put that in perspective #teamsamsung

what about abilities to set reminders, make notes or todo lists, add things to existing lists... you know the things an assistant should be able to do flawlessly in order to make your life easier.... LOL Google got rid of the ability to set location based reminders which is super sus cuz it was really useful feature to remind you to do thing like pick up milk when near the store. Can any of the other apps do this feature? Also, The problem i have with bixby is its super impatient. if you pause in the slightest while speaking it assumes your done talking and tries to answer leaving you no thinking room during speaking. I have not found a way to fix this, so do other apps leave more time for normal speaking pauses?
i remember when bixby was a joke they didnt really help themselves though with the dam bixby physical button when it was still bad and often pressed by accident with the placement of it.
@Elvivx I have an S10e and I agree. It's not very difficult to avoid pressing, and when you want to activate Bixby, it's a very easy way to use it. Also, an additional key to add the double-press app launch to.
Sir you should do this again. A lot of the Siri questions that were wrong I got right. For example the one how many hours of sleep should we get. Siri did answer it.

I had siri start two timers on my iphone 11 running ios 17 and it worked correctly, in fact it started 3 4 and 5 timers correctly without asking.

Alexa isn't integrated so it can't really do a lot of settings changes
