@@chancesopenstudio All of them! Haha. Every time I see guitars tuned so low like this, I always like to watch how floppy the strings get. It amuses me, I don't know why.
@@DrawtheCurtains atleast its better then too much tension! Lol my A# guitar is actually pretty tight, has mammoth slinky’s on its. Having my 7 tuned up to G# was a lil too tight for my comfort as well since its a 27 inch scale length with 62’s.
Drop G# was my fave. Honestly, if you played "Your Betrayal" by Bullet For My Valentine in Drop G# it sounds really good. Play "Alone" by Bullet For My Valentine in Drop G# and it is okay but play it in Drop F# and it sounds great. But my favorite tuning, or tunings, are C#-Standard and High F-Standard.
Random question but is drop A# about the limit for the ESP LTD TE-1000? Or do you think you could tune it lower? Considering buying one but I prefer to tune low rather than use a drop pedal. Could you go to like Drop G with it you think?
Ive heard evertune bridges wont fit anything over a .80 but for drop G id rock something like .68 at that scale length or even bigger so yeah for sure would work. Just would need a good setup.
@@chancesopenstudio oops i made that sound like i meant something else lol! what model is it? it looks so clean and did it originally come with EMGs or did you put those in after?
0:00 Suicide Silence 0:15 Cannibal Corpse 0:30 Meshuggah
Perfect lol
Lmao super fucking accurate
cannibal corpse plays in eb lol
@@chikinonfrydai But Also Using The Drop G# Tuning Check Cannibal Corpse Scourge Of Iron
@@lolimac that’s g# standard, not drop g#, cannibal corpse doesn’t use drop tunings
Those strings are fighting for they life
In which tuning?😂

@@DrawtheCurtains that's why I use a pitch shifter down from C. Ain't no way I'm actually tuning that low on my six string lmao
@@itsbreadbinjust use thick strings lol. A 6 string can handle to drop G. Pitch shifter is cool but;thick strings are the way to go
That drop F# sounded like it was going to lead into a tappy bit and then a fatty fuckin' drop. Unintentional blue balls. 10/10
Thank you!🤘🙌
this riff in Drop F# is nasty! I love it
Drop A# sounded the best for this riff
drop a# and drop f#
my favorite tuning overall is b standard
G# is currently my favourite tuning
Drop G# on top
Drop F# sounds like intro to Erra's Scorpion Hymn, hah
I always thought if my tuning was descending, then it was flats. If it’s ascending then it’s sharps.
Very interesting how the same riff has a different feel simply by changing the tuning
I know right!
Drop D for the win
Ole reliable
Drop A, Drop G And Drop E wins
I can dig
Actually Drop F and Drop D#/Eb...
Which tuning do I need to sound like Meshuggah? lol
Double drop D# is prob my favorite tuning
drop g# kinda sounds like doom
man i should really get those 10 - 62 gauge strings form my 26'5 scale.
52' are TOO thin 😭

A# sounds best but F# sounds heaviest, G# just sounds awkward tbh
What the string gauge good to use 11-54 or 12-60?
For what tuning?
Tuning drop C,drop b,drop a# which good gauge to use 11-54 or 12-60
@@thomasthomas9740 id go with 12-60 for any scale length shorter then 26.5
Drop G# sounds lovely
I need to know this riff, or what its from

Drop F# just sounds so EVIL!!!!
The G# is the big W for me.
your playing is good but gah damn bro you need a better tone 😭
Ouchie 😥 lol yeah I was lazy and used one tone for all three. Could have dialed each one in but made this vid real quick.
Drop A# sounds like Bring Me The Horizon
Drop f#
There is no A# in the Circle of Fifths its Bb. CGDAEBGbDbAbEbBbFC
