First time trying out Facebook Live!
Had a great time practicing some Etched in Embers on Facebook Live the other day! Got some tweaks to make the quality of the stream better, but I’ll be doing it again for sure!🤘

She's tired of the drop tunings bro! 😅. Nice riff!
Haha most likely! 😂 thanks man!
(dont worry the amp isnt very loud at all, my phone is laying right up against it.)
Solid
@@joshuatwist7302 thanks!
Personally like Drop A# more for this specific riff
HEY Y’ALL I ACTUALLY JUST DROPPED A TUNE WHERE I USE THIS RIFF IN A# AS THE INTRO RIFF! Its called “Prey” by my solo project In Sight of Mind! Check it out on my channel or all streaming services! open.spotify.com/track/70tjFMzKVSjn2EY5lzrv9w?si=4s7TQeNxRYeWWSjrtYlMXg
I REALLY like A#/Bb (albeit I prefer the A#/Bb Standard tuning, in some cases with a low F added on), though Drop G# can also lend itself to some really cool (and HEAVY) guitar riffs, particularly if you know which grooves to emphasize and how to use chromaticism in riffs (I REALLY like some of the Dysfunction-era Staind riffs in that tuning)…
I use A# on progressive black metal atm
When dost thou start using straight up Bass strings on your guitar? 🎸 For real though, what’s your preferred string gauge?
I like drop a# and drop f# drop g# sounds kinda uptight and pretentious he's over there smoking his pipe.... I don't like it
@@crxr-b5i haha i dig it!
Oml, that's hitting right. Happy 2025
@@SyddarthaAdonizek Thank you! Happy new year!
This is badass. Get a drummer n sing to it. This needs to be a full song
Speechless💯🫡
Tuning please🙏
This sounds pretty good to me. I'd say it's worth finishing out.
@@thesarge2496 thank you! 🙌
fire.
@loveskngm31hstsdaily1 thanks!🤘
I kinda stopped listening to BMTH and started listening to Currents a lot, so drop G# for me rn 🔥🔥🔥
Signal, chain please.. sounds so good. Sounds a bit like justin chancellor tone…
@@shaner36 Neural DSP Parallax. “Afeared” tone with the high and mid gain turned down.
This sounds really good. Keep it up, I definitely want to play as good as you one day.
Thank you!🤘
nice bro
nice!
Not gunna lie, felt like I just listened to half a song. Like bring it back to the first half of 2 for the pre chorus and chorus 😂
All it missing is production
Sounds like the beginning of a banger lol
This is great! We need more of this!
man i should really get those 10 - 62 gauge strings form my 26'5 scale. 52' are TOO thin 😭
This hits different dawg got a tab for it?
@@Cheese-n3z thanks man! And no sadly i do not.
I’m 100% a little late asking but do you have a bmp for it?
Killer notes - very nice
That slaps, my guy.

A# 🤘
Me personally: Drop A#: for chunky stuff reliant on the heaviest 2 strings Drop G#: If I'm playing a lot of chords with voicings (the shapes on a 6 string baritone in that tuning) Drop F#: I mostly won't play in. There's one song I wrote in Drop F#, with the whammy/pitch shifter pedal, where I switched between Drop F# and C#, and dropped down a whole octave between those. It was cool, but also incredibly stupid. I'm just now good at writing that low. I like chords, and when they're at that low of a pitch, they lose þheir brightness. Even the open chord sounds like it's fall apart. I have my baritone and my 7 string, but Drop C# and C# standard (not in bass pitch range) will probably always be my favorite. Ol reliable. But obviously it depends on what you're doing too.
Drop F# was beefy but Drop G# fits it better
Which gauge use for drop F# in a 7strings?
@@aileoz i honestly cant even remember what that set was but probably 68 maybe, its a 27 inch scale.
@@chancesopenstudio Thanks, dude! I have my 7 strings for 20 years and I've only tried standard and drop A.😁 Thinking about lowering a little bit. See ya!
clean guitar very emotional, i love it
This stimulates my brain in a good way. I was actually listening to this with a headache and this soothed my nerves as if it took it away.
