Weather is pretty unfriendly at the moment. Here in Karon, it is wet and windy. However, i will be back in Australia on Saturday, where it is spring, the best season of the year in Victoria. I think this will be the only time I will not be sad to leave Thailand.

I remember about 15 years ago the floods in Bangkok were unreal.all the bars came out with the bs there was a shortage of beer so they increased their prices from 60,70baht to 100 baht.of course 7-11 had beer and their prices never changed and nor did the bars when they realised they could squeeze 100 baht out of the tourists.
I was looking at Windy this morning and it wasn't looking too good at 6am, What is left of Yagi is well up in Burma now. More storms hitting central Vietnam, who knows where that will end up. Nanai Road is a good spot to be in heavy rain (or tsunamis).

They build all these apartments with no real kitchen, I'm wondering how people cook with little cooking facilities. I need a stove, oven, dish washers, stove hood, refrigerator, and garbage disposal. This would be my idea full kitchen. No microwave needed, kills food nutritional value.

It's very difficult to predict the coming weeks weather, sept & Oct are notorious for bad weather but the end of oct isn't normally to bad but there's no guarantees as you can see the weather changes very fast here 👍

I can see many water on the road and when raining see more rain go to the road and on the road and so much water na khap go on road for when driving can be wet so wet and dangerous na khap. This is normal for September. It is monsun. You can go back 50 years in time and have a look at the statistics. Very normal.

Wrong, the rain in Phuket has absolutely nothing to do with Typhoon Yagi. The Phuket rain is from the Andaman Sea monsoon activity.
