      Hello and thank you for watching our video and for the comment. Each solicitation / contract will have its own SOW (Statement of Work) and T/C's (Terms & Conditions). Likewise, the Prime will have a contract for subcontractors that spell out what the subs will be doing and for how much ($). Please refer to your contract to determine what upfront costs you may have.
