Hi Manu (and Jason ofc) I have a question you may know the answer to. If buying a condo 50/50 with my Thai wife how does the F’Quota work. Do we still have to buy a condo that is allocated or can we buy any Condo in the project? And does the law change if it’s 51/49 in my wife’s favour?

Hi Jason and Manu, I liked the one bedder, seems to have enough room for a single person. The studio was just a bit too small for my tastes. The area/location seems nice and a bit off the beaten path. Hopefully once it is complete you guys can do another walk through so we can see the amenities. I was a little surprised to see another video so soon, happy to see some new locations. Have a great day Mate, my best to you and Su.

like the size of the 1 bed ... studio is a bit hotelesque as you have to watch tv from bed ... nice location ... the par 3 course is great to practice on... when you add sinking fund transfer and furniture not quite such good value but prices do seem to be rising. the thai bhat is stronger atm as well my condo would have cost me nearly £6k more if i bought in now ... great video

Jason, what is resale in these condo's like ? I heard someone say, never buy a condo as Pattaya is saturated in them.
These are off plan and many people buy and resell just before completion and do quite well, there are plenty of apartments and construction of new ones but they always sell 😊
