- Taylor Swift has released a colorful music video for her brand-new song “ME!” featuring Panic! at the Disco’s Brendon Urie from her upcoming seventh album. chompet123 it’s not even a yellow brick road, it has a closer meaning to the poem she put out about cracking her bones on the sidewalk she once coloured with childhood chalk or whatever.

And I can think of many MANY more lyricists who are way better than she is.
Most of her “subliminal messages” (which is the wrong phrase for this context) are often about how no one likes her because there’s a large amount of people who don’t.
She is honestly too caught up in the “I’m hated so I’m going to accept that and work through it,”
No you’re hated because of your personality.
The only thing I see tying into her “reputation era” (she’s 29, she doesn’t have eras) is the snake and the way she leaves the room screaming about how she is calm (which is similar to blank space)
Either way, the song is a bit self obsessed and I’m not really here for itz

also the exclamation mark in ME! is there because of the exclamation mark in Panic! at the Disco

To contain this much details....to a 4-5min video is crazy......coordinating the visuals with the lyrics and well as referencing to her past records and images ......together with giving this much Easter eggs..........no wonder she won the entertainer award many times.....the girl never fail to amaze.....so imaginative and creative.......and also the fact that she co- directed most of the videos.....is cherry on the top of the cake....
