Repair Shop Wanted $7000 To Fix. I Did It For Less!!

My neighbor took their car to a local repair shop that quoted them $7000 for a new motor not including labor. I offered to Help them out and swap the motor for them and I saved them thousands In the process.
In this video I wanted to show how long it would take to swap a motor and let you guys make the call if its worth me doing the repair or should I have let the Repair Shop do the work?

I've heard someone could drop the subframe with the engine & trans in about 3 hours. I have no idea about that because I don't have a 2 post lift.
