Great audit, you literally done a better job than the loss prevention guy and he gets paid to do so… love how you helped the elderly couple too. Great stuff mate! ❤️
Just as you were walking out, you should have said to the big man "Oh and one more thing, the drone could hear everything you were saying to security about me, and just so you know, that too will be published online 😁👍"
I'm a security guard first thing I would have said is thank you for that , always try and have good interaction with public because you dont know who that person could be .
Thank you DJ for helping the two people in the car! That was very kind! I try to treat people the way I would like to be treated! The loss prevention guy was lost! 🤣
Love it when their out of ear shot. Acting all tough. Soon as you walked in reception he nearly did a runner, only his legs rubberised, basically a classic bully.
It's sad to see people who don't take pride in their work. Some people would be thankful for the opportunity. Thanks for another great audit DJ. You always go above and beyond the call of duty! :)
Dan was a nice guy. Shame security didn’t care much for the lost parcel, I’m sure I’m not alone in these comments saying that I’ve also been a victim of lost parcels and this clearly shows why.
Yes it was passed on eventually, but it was eventually, and also after what seemed like a very awkward conversation with DJ and was only taken semi seriously at a push due to the comments DJ made. The only reason they gave a shit at the very minimum was because of what comments DJ made, basically calling them out on their professionalism, and they failed totally. And the security guard was bloody useless.
It seems so hard for some people just to say "Thanks very much, so glad you brought this to our attention. We will try and address this situation to make sure it doesn't happen again" Brand spanking new site that looks more like a rubbish tip!
This site is apart of the world behind all our goods, when emails say we've got tour item it really means its on the floor waiting for DJ to tell someone
I think you've given these SIA security enough warnings. From now on if license is not shown they should get reported. Why have rules if people ignore everything. Start to name and shame all of them and the company they work for.
Good idea. Perhaps DJ could say to them - if you are SIA registered and are not going to display it for us the public to see, then I will report it to the relavent registered offices.
Firstly I can’t believe how the bloke just picked up the parcel and chucked it back on the floor. And people have to be virtually told to say thank you for helping. And the security guard was as much good as a chocolate. Fire guard. Didn’t want to answer your questions but you’re supposed to answer his. What a. Despicable. Way to be. What a country we have now.
as a customer of asos I can say it's an absolute ball ache to get through to them online if you have any issues, I'm sure the person who's parcel it was went through it.
GXO press release April 2021 stated XPO was awarded the management contract with ASOS. Distribution centre expected to open August 2021 and create 2000 new jobs in the next 3 years. Warehouse is 437,000 square feet. XPO providing service to ASOS since 2013. GXO also provides a detailed description of ASOS, online retailer for the 20 something public. Another logistics article November 2021 states ASOS invested £90 million in the new fulfillment centre. Expected to ship 30 million units in the first year and set to increase to 4.5 million per week once fully operational.
Another great video DJ (A shame so many think it's wrong, As mentioned in my Email) No wonder there are so many complaints of lost packages and parcels!
Asos werent doing to well when I worked at one of the major delivery companies a few years back. Apparently they reported £40m losses last month so this kind of publicity is really going to help lol

Their blatant disregard for customer information and GDPR regulation is horrendous.
