The police swear an oath to the Crown and the King. In their oath is no mention any allegiance to the British Public; go online and read their Oath. Secondly, the police owe no duty of care to the British public. The police as already said, work for the Crown and not you. They are not your public servants. In common law, Hill v Chief Constable West Yorkshire Police [1988], gave the police immunity from negligent actions in the investigation and suppression of crime. The bottom line is the police owe no duty to you unless they have been aware of exceptional circumstances and fail to act, then they will be liable. So the question arises: WHY are we funding a police service out of our hard working taxes that does not have our best interest at hearts??
I agree with everything you say regarding serving the Crown, etc., however the police can _never_ operate _outside of the law,_ the law as created by the parliament of the United Kingdom (note the _Kingdom_ part in the name), by the elected representatives of the _people_ of the United Kingdom. Now, the UK is a _constitutional_ monarchy, not a monarchy. In a monarchy, the king (or queen) is the head of state, however, as the UK has a constitutional monarchy, the ability to make and pass legislation belongs to Parliament rather than the King. The monarch retains a symbolic role in government, but must remain politically neutral. As such one could argue that the Crown _serves_ parliament, and parliament _represents_ the people, so indirectly the Crown (and its servants) do indeed serve the people. It's all semantics, _I know,_ but it is enough to disarm and dismantle your interpretation my friend.

Volent Media was constructed on the site of the Willesden Workhouse Infirmary from 1903 along Acton Lane. Before the 1920s, much of the area was fields, possibly some associated with the workhouse. The infirmary became Park Royal Hospital then Central Middlesex County Hospital. Modern hospital complex is to the west. The prior brick building included Hammersmith medical research. Police conduct keeping the workhouse mentality alive and well. Good job on reupload. ⭐⭐⭐👍

Where did this "detained" nonsense come from? It's a Colonial conceit. In the UK, there are only three cases where you can be detained without arrest: to prevent a breach of the peace; for the duration of a stop-and-search; or while your home is being searched. Anything else is a de-facto arrest, and your compensation claim should reflect that.
I'd be a little cautious, this is Persian TV. That's different from Iranian TV. Infact Iran had blocked them. They are the good guys. They provide around the world independent news for those speaking the farsi language. They need to protect themselves from our enemies. Telling the truth is important.
So, Volant media is UK propaganda aimed at influencing Persian speaking people...the heavy handedness, paranoia and privacy complaint all makes sense now. Thanks DJ, keep up the great work 👍

Two absolutely useless coppers, need retraining if thats possible, how embarrasing. Rushed to protect that covert building but did'nt bank on meeting DJ, very very professional DJ, a little too polite me thinks with those two total planks called police officers.
Didn't/did not, not did'nt.
Well done DJ Love the fact they cops were so pissed you took it back up and yes he wanted to use the cuffs imo !!! Carry on with the fab work !!!
Iranian TV... Very interesting, good job mate. The public owe you gratitude
Is this an Iranian spy operation?
great shot of the female cop with the ominous clouds in the background saying "seeing the climate we live in"....🌩
I’d be so tempted to say “a little inclement? “
"lost the footage" nice one!
Isn't it funny how this video would have just vanished into the void but now thanks to the complaint we all get to watch it and entertain ourselves once again! Laughter is the medicine of the soul
You smashed the police officers ego 😂😂😂😂😂
Thank you for doing what you do. Some officials seem to think they can do what they want. It's good to know there are people like you out there keeping them in check.
Hopefully to be re-uploaded again and again if they try to remove 👍🤣
Unless DJ receives the privacy complaint! But if YT can do it once without DJ receiving a complaint, they'll do it again! Sit back and watch the ride...
Definitely need to put a claim in for this one. I know you don't usually, but this is a must
Agreed
That kid riding past the police with the bikes alarm blaring 😂
Say's it all...😅
bet he shit a brick hahaha
Is this why rowley doesn’t want his fools filmed?
Thanks for standing up to and exposing these ignorant and untrustworthy police. You're helping all of us. Great work!
Volant Media staff also pay taxes. Scotland Yard believe that Volant Media staff are at risk from Iran-backed assassins or kidnappers.
The pigs police by consent our consent we the public are the bigger gang.
So brit police have what is called qualified immunity in the usa
'The climate we Live in' .. has got to be one of the most stupid overused comments the police say besides their obvious ignorance of the Laws 🤦
Or...'I'm just having a conversation' lol
Or "we're going round in circles "
It's a terrible climate, always raining, even in the summer
At the same time they'd deny the climate we live in...pick and choose when they want to use that.
Great Citizen Journalism 👌, I watch it again .. if there are any Complaints made against those Coppers regarding the imO illegal detainment, then please keep us posted 📫 .. thanx
Will do 👍
They're getting worse. Where in the name of god do they find these people. They give them costumes cars badges weapons and handcuffs. Unbelievable.
This fucking policeman on the phone is absolutely infuriating. He is totally incompetent at his job and should be sacked. Both of them.
Dont kmow how you remain calm - love the way you did a second flight to prove your point…hope i meet you one day
Wayne was gagging to pounce from the start, the creep!
The must unprofessional cop. First investigate, pick up the phone call your friend and inform them of the situation, give them the facts. They then give you more information for what you need. No, he makes an illegal detention and continues to talk on the phone even after you left. What an incompetent duo they are…. Take care DJ.❤
"Do you have a lot of followers"? Well, you're about to become famous!
It’s great to see the police out and about supporting the community. Thanks for sharing.
How quickly did they turned up For the big companies and dont for streets Crime
Not true from my recent personal experience when firearms are involved! They come in force with several cars, a few riot vans, and way too many police!
Jesus, can you imagine these two trying to sort a street crime out
This is what how police force is coming to. Using the mobile to work out what they can do and not do. This is what we are paying for. If this is their best the police can do. I want my money back and back dated.
Thanks for the reupload. Constable Boofhead was really getting upset and constable I’m following my colleague more uncomfortable. Good to see.
The police cannot "detain" you it's a bluff you are either under arrest or not, you and I are under no obligation to help the police investigate ourselves.
These two muppets need to be sacked for gross incompetence and malfeasance. While I do not object to you earning for your unlawful detainment & distress, I object HUGELY to my taxpayer money being spaffed away by these utterly incompetent petty tyrants.
Just BRILLIANT, Deej! Useless w anchors!
Comes running back hurdling the barrier saying I’ve lost the drone footage I have to send up the drone again had me in stitches. Brilliant 😅
You touched a few nerves.
Especially the tv enterprise company. Who paid for the concrete barriers
Do the braindead actually have nerves??? 🤣🐷🐖🐽
You really have stirred the Hornets nest up on so many levels, Security, Police, site management insecurity. Brilliant. seen it first time round.
Nice one, DJ! Well done for sticking up for yourself! The police should send people out to calls who are in ‘the know’ about drones and the law regarding drones and photography in general!
There’s no excuse for us, the public, to be ignorant of the law so there should be no excuse for them (who are administering it to us)! They look fools to be honest!
Well done on protecting our rights and got getting the message out there! 🌞🌞
Well done, DJ, on this one, standing your ground with thick plods.
Absolutely brilliant video...
When you return and take the drone back up in front of them. 😂
EPIC WIN...
"a drone can be disguised as something"
What the hell does that mean
paint it yellow and black, it's a large wasp
Volent Media was constructed on the site of the Willesden Workhouse Infirmary from 1903 along Acton Lane. Before the 1920s, much of the area was fields, possibly some associated with the workhouse. The infirmary became Park Royal Hospital then Central Middlesex County Hospital. Modern hospital complex is to the west. The prior brick building included Hammersmith medical research. Police conduct keeping the workhouse mentality alive and well.
Good job on reupload. ⭐⭐⭐👍
Images on Google Earth show it to be a leased property.
34:30 the current climate: is she talking about all the cops getting jailed for being pdf files? Or is she talking about the cop who kidnapped that girl, murdered her and stuck her body in a fridge in the woods? Maybe next time ask her to clarify.
What an embarrassing waste of time. That policeman is a joke.
The police officers seem rather denser than usual.
Foreigners get treated so much better than us in every way....
iT'S A BRANCH OF BBC PROPAGANDA. !!!
@@Rubin_Schmidt I've seen it with my own eyes on multiple occasions and almost daily so take that back where it came from......
@@Rubin_Schmidt stop liking your own comments pretty sad
So stupid and not true. How do you come to that conclusion from this video?
@@Stardog32 from every time I turn on the TV to seeing it with my own eyes you must be a re tard
@DJ Audits You were fantastic as an auditor on this video. Excellent work.
Thanks DJ, keep up the great work 👍
Israeli UK based propaganda company according to Wikipedia.
Better than the British Propaganda Corporation.
Israeli propaganda more likely
Isr aeli govt prop
Weird
Best video you have done in ages, and they get it pulled! Clearly the hidden privacy complaint has come from quote a high up, influential source. Expect this upload to go exactly the same way.
You should have sued for unlawful detainment.
That cop wanted to stamp on the drone desperate to arrest you as well ….. another example of a cop out of control
This was class. He definitely wanted you arrested and the people inside the building. It's obvious the male cop does not trust the female cop. Asking to see the drone and numbers again. And they did detain you.
Love the way you rode straight in 😂😂😂😂😂😂
😂 iv started watching you aswell
@@lorrainearmitage4331 😍
The police at this level are rather confused as to why they are being manipulated by their seniors and have no idea about any ulterior motive they may have.
