    You'll get free pajamas on longer flights. When you board, ask for a mattress topper. It makes the lie flat bed much more comfortable. They have a limited amount and you can store it in your personal overhead bin until you're ready for it. Also, the secondary pillow is a gel pillow. Works great for lumbar support.

    tat is soooooo satisfying to see london after such a long hiatus from travels abroad...the hotel u stayed,i watched it being repurposed,upgraded n built from scratch to where it is now...Guess,nothing beats Emirates for now...maybe Singapore might or Thai!

    Planning a trip to Europe sometime next year (mostly Poland & Austria). I'm looking at my opportunities for upgrades to premium cabins between all the transatlantic flights offered by United, Lufthansa, Austrian & LOT, Polaris is looking pretty tempting!

    In 2019 my wife and I flew from Spain to London to celebrate new years and stayed at the same Moxy hotel on Bath road. It's such a great place to stay and we loved the cocktail they made for us at check in. Hope you enjoyed it just as much!

      It depends on the aircraft you're on. If it's a 767 there will be not Polaris seats together. if it's a 777 or 787 there are seats together in the middle.

    That same flight is half that. Maybe that was the combined prices. You can business class to Australia for less tge 9k. In my searching anyways. Yes over 4k to Europe is expensive, but i guess it could be cheaper if they did away quth points.

    Flew Polaris to PPT. The seat was a little tight and the food was awful, more like inedible. One of the flight attendants was very nice while the other didn’t seem to like his job. The Polaris club in SFO was nice and the waitress, Princess, was a star. We will see how the return goes.

    Life is good when you can fly business class overseas. Although I am not a fan of United. I try and search any Asianic airlines, since the food is always much better. Can't believe you guys got to experience Wimbleton. My family spent 2 weeks in Barcelona, just a beautiful country.

      Airlines now are greedy,they upped the points for all flights especially International...when you calculate using points,it's sometimes more than double when paying cash..

    I can sleep like a baby upside down if I drink a few glasses of wine. I'm a light weight when it comes to alcohol, which is a blessing in disguise. 9 hour flights become 2 or 3 hour flights once I wake up.

    I had a terrible experience flying United in Polaris, my chair was literally broken and when they tried to move it the seat belt got stuck with the safety equipment they attempted to fix it multiple times and handed me the life jacket because the jacket was stuck under the seat with the seatbelt coupled with not having our pre-ordered meals. Terrible experience

      Why?

    • @davidkamen
      @davidkamen ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@saurabhb1041 because such extraordinary prices are in most places codified into law as "unjust enrichment" which another way if saying "price gouging". An airline seat is not a product, it is a service. You do not pay something and take a product home with you. How many airline executives or employees
      would get $ 9000+ in the same time frame a passenger would pay the same amount as a fare ?

    • @saurabhb1041
      @saurabhb1041 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@davidkamen It’s market pricing. If folks won’t be buying $9K tickets, airlines would automatically reduce the price. Most business class tickets are $5-6K. And it’s not price gouging if customers have a choice
