I ordered an iCare system from your store - not only did they send me the salt version - they have been incredibly slow to even reply to my email. Then I get a text saying a new one will be on its way, and a week later not even an acknowledgement of my follow up. Honestly, I cannot recommend your store. Not for sending me the wrong item - that can happen. For the extremely poor follow up to make it right.
