Never invest in under construction property.
It is clearly mentioned in the builder agreement that any structure is subject to change without prior notice to the customer.

Where are you staying now a days
Too pricey, one can get RTM at DLF Town Heights, sector 86/90 at same price. A mature buyer would not purchase a UC property. Also, M3M has got road connectivity issues & it constructed new homes at open space post delivery at sector 65 Gurgaon. Existing M3M residents call it a dishonest builder.
Worst product marketed brilliantly... carpet area only 583 sq ft which no one will tell.. u will come to know only in BBA. 50 percent loading is ridiculous

This is too small. Not worth it. Dinning space almost impossible. Building orientation is so bad ... building will be a Hot Oven and uncomfortable to live inside. AC bill will be too high. #NOTWORTHIT #NOVALUEFORMONEY
