I was wondering when you were going to do this recipe- 😊love it
Aw thanks Serena! Enjoy!
Love it. Thank you for posting this!! I made it and it worked. I had to set the broil to low. How long did each layer take approx.?
Wow! I’m so happy Linda that you made my Bebinca recipe 🥰 I set my broiler on high and broiled each layer for approximately 3-5 minutes. ♥️
Excellent video and well presented. Love from Argentina
Thanks so much, glad you enjoyed the video and presentation 😊😋
Oh Wendy, I was hoping you would make a your Bebinca video soon😀 as I love the details your provide in your videos. Thank you! I have a question though. How long approx do you broil the individual layers in the oven? Thanks. You are tempting me to try it 😀
Juliet, I’m so happy that you are enjoying my videos . I broiled each layer for approximately 3-5minutes till the layer was cooked snd got a little colour on the top. You’ve got to keep a close eye on it while broiling to avoid it from burning. Hope you make it, it’s so satisfying♥️
Thanks for your response Wendy. Looking forward to seeing your new videos in the new year. Best wishes for 2022!!

How to add the Caramel..Mine got hard when I kept it to cool .
Add water to it & it should loosen up.
How do you make marzipan with cadjunuts
Hi Monty, If you wanted, you could swap the almond flour in the recipe with cashew nut flour for a cashew nut marzipan. However, if you prefer a cooked marzipan, I have attached the link to my my video where I have shown how to make cooked marzipan with cashew th-cam.com/video/BelKtga3EKE/w-d-xo.html . Hope that helps. Enjoy!
Could you kindly send me the written recipe ingredients as well quantities i cant understand well some of the ingredients.
I would appreciated very much
