    and the tip at the end for the diet...I'm naturally in shape but this video will help me to focus on the simplicity of doing things without a public gym, I don't like public gyms because there is so much distraction and trying to show off....so this fits me PERFECTLY!! Again thanks and keep up your videos, the world needs you man.

      Faizan Ali I've have always done dips and pull-ups(chin over the bar) what do mean never capable in the first place? It just feels harder now that i have more muscle.

    • @Mi5Agent007
      @Mi5Agent007 9 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      keino111689 I know what you mean. I have come from a long weights background but always done some calisthenics such as dips and pull ups. Always been able to do quite a lot for that reason (reps) but as I gained body mass it got harder due to increase in weight. But the important aspects to point out are, I continued to do heavy weights which made me less adaptable to body calisthenics. In my opinion, other than raw strength there is little carry over between the two. The other thing is strength to weight ratio. You gain more muscle but still remain the same strength. The 'old adage' more muscle = more strength is not always true, there too many variations and contributing factors; why some people are skinny yet super strong, others massive muscle mass but not that strong etc. The third factor I think is how you train; if you find it harder to do the pull up then you should train solely for it and ensure you train it correctly (i.e. full movement up and down full flexion and/or extension). I also find static holds / isometrics work well. But remember diet and rest are critical to every routine. The body adapts to everything and will learn to do it if trained enough, trained correctly and fed/rested. Just my opinion.

    Looks like a good routine to me. It could replace my boring cardio and prep my muscles for hitting the weights. I think I'll try this tonight. Because of my on/off, love/hate relationship with working out, I may cut the reps in half for the first week or two.

  • @blackjohnny0

    Should i do it everyday? When should i switch to other plan?

    • @marannebbeling9799
      @marannebbeling9799 10 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      No. Your muscles grow when they are repairing. Also, you should be constantly progressively overloading: so you dont have to switch, but you have to keep going near failure. You can always ask me for more advice, if you want to :)

    • @blackjohnny0
      @blackjohnny0 10 ปีที่แล้ว

      Maran Nebbeling Thats pretty much what bodybuilders says, but when i checked SW routines, they are much more intensive than bb routines.

    • @marannebbeling9799
      @marannebbeling9799 10 ปีที่แล้ว

      No that's what a biologist would say, because this is a fact. Keep in mind, I love both calisthenics and bb. :) if you give me some valid points, 'id love to argue with you though

    • @blackjohnny0
      @blackjohnny0 10 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Maran Nebbeling Just look at this: cutandjacked.com/sites/default/files/images/interviews_men/frank_medrano/Workout_frank_medrano1.pdf
      or this:
      www.madbarz.com/all-routines
      All calisthenics routines are much more intensive than bb. I used to training like bb with split, but to be honest i dont have good results. Maybe calisthenics guys have right and i need do much more than 10-16 sets per body part (and 6-9 per smaller)?
      Me as:
      1) 18 years old: gombrowitch.files.wordpress.com/2013/12/img_0340.jpg
      2) 22 years old: gombrowitch.files.wordpress.com/2013/12/forma-czerwiec.jpg
      3) 26 years old: gombrowitch.files.wordpress.com/2013/12/dsc_0012_11562.jpg
      gombrowitch.files.wordpress.com/2013/12/dsc_0011_11552.jpg
      Or maybe i just should use roids. :P Maybe this people get so nice results, because they are drinking Gummiberry Juice. :D

    • @marannebbeling9799
      @marannebbeling9799 10 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Nice results :) nah its all about how intensive you make.your routine. For example: I grew about 2kg (4, 4lbs) in a year of calisthenics. After that I did 1, 5 years of powerlifting/bodybuilding (both equally).with proper nutrition and smart training and went from 69kg to 95kg with 4% bodyfat added

    Nice routine! I don't think this is much beginner as most beginners have trouble even doing a set of 5 pull-ups. Let alone doing routines in circuit fashion, but a great way to accomplish this is to do inverted rows if you can't do pull-ups and if you can't do leg raises do knee tucks. Love the routine though I definitely have to give this a try myself and do this for a few months. Keep em coming!

      if you give enough rest for your musles ,then no.If you're training no matter beginner or pro ,you need to eat and sleep more and it's good if you get massage 1-2 times in week to relax the musles.

      Just because you have bad genetics, do not assume others do too. Moreover, weighted calisthenics is one of the most effective mass-building method I have tried among different style of training methods, such as powerlifting, weightlifting and etc. You should be careful to spread the words that are not truth at all.

    • @Ryti1190
      @Ryti1190 9 ปีที่แล้ว

      김정우 Once you add weight to your body, it is no longer calisthenics. It is now weight lifting. Hence the reason why he did not build his physique with calisthenics.

    Only thing missing is a pull up bar. Can't wait to try this routine. I find in my personal experience the shorter workouts are the ones with better results.
