It's been 1 year now of me learning calisthenics and going to the gym. From struggling to do normal pull ups to muscle ups, L-sit to hand stand push ups and short human flags. Chris, you have inspired me to push myself and motivate me when I first found out about your channel. I am currently in progress of achieving a full front lever, stuck on single leg front lever atm as well as learning the planche basics. So I wanted to say a big thank you

I noticed too bro. Don’t pay them any mind. Seems like it’s in 8k, audio it way more clean and warm. Plus the frames are looks more realistic

Hello Chris, i've dont almost all your abs workout but the one thing i cant compete with you is that 3-4 rounds, damn bro you are so damn strong. Watching your videos and workout with you is one of my daily routine... Doing the same as you do, no wasting time, focusing only in the workout, all the sweat, all the pain but the results insane... thanks bro for changing me and helping me mentally and physically strong. The best i can do your abs workout is 2 rounds with 1 minute between those rounds...

i literally just finished your arms routine( 4 times ) and i was searching the other abs routine when this video popped out.

Chris, you inspired me to start Calisthenics 1 year ago. After 1 year today, I am very much lean with apparent 6 packs and lats and lost my pot belly from 1 year ago. And I never believed I can do it since I am over 40 now. Gonna spend another year to improve my straddle planche and straddle front level to full, fingers crossed. Thanks again Chris, I couldn't have done this without inspiration. from your videos.

I went from 92 kg to 70 kg in 6 months from the start of COVID lockdown ( March 20th) .
Now after three years , I'm 80 kg with 12 % body fat.
Exercises progress :
15 pull ups each set
50 push ups
100 squats
20 secs l sit
And more ....
Let's say : Calsethincs become part of my life style ( pray - train - eat - work - repeat )

Since I started making it a point to fit pull ups into my warm up my back and shoulder blades have really been alleviated, so say decompression is an understatement.

I love these so much because you can switch up with pulling exercises and work different muscle groups since you don't have to use your arms for abs exercises on pull up bar, just gotta hold the grip.
