Can you upload a new morning warm-up routine? The last one had L sit, handstand, and planche training, then jumping jacks, then burpees, then mountain climbing, then 2 abs exercises.
I have playlist with like 50 saved workout videos(never played them again).. gonna delete most of them and save 5 compound and basic ones,so i gotta start somewhere.. Good stuff man, gonna try this tonight after work ❤ good luck to everyone! Keep it simple and never stop grinding!

Exercises progress : 15 pull ups each set 50 push ups 100 squats 20 secs l sit And more .... Let's say : Calsethincs become part of my life style ( pray - train - eat - work - repeat )

I love these so much because you can switch up with pulling exercises and work different muscle groups since you don't have to use your arms for abs exercises on pull up bar, just gotta hold the grip.

The Beauty of calisthenics is that you don't need train abs everyday. Exercises like pull ups, different push Exercises and also some leg exercises already require you to use your ab muscles .
What particular things are important to keep in mind for hanging? Should shoulders be locked in a certain way, head positioned specifically or something?
I do your workouts every single morning and now I have so great results. For example: my pull up progression from the 10 times moves to 25! My weight moved from 62 to 67kg - Just because of your workouts. I’m from Russia and you are the only one whose workout I watch every single day😉
