I promise you would be better off popping popcorn in a microwave or on your stove top. This oven sucks and IMO is overpriced

Can you put an oil drip tray above the bottom heating element? This way the oil from meat will not drip to the heating element.

BE WARNED - This product is either deceptive marketing or from my experience backed by terrible customer support. This is labeled as an "air fryer" However, after I contacted customer support to investigate why mines wasn't effective I pointed out there was a gap in my doors allowing the circulating heated air to escape. In response the customer rep indicated that this product was not meant to work like an air fryer. Unfortunately, I couldn't return it because the window had passed. That said I will NEVER buy another Gourmia product after this experience. I have had smaller air fryers that air fry effectively at lower temperatures and faster cook times.

the pan and drip tray are trash everything i have cooked so far has stuck to it. they need to list pan size on their site so i can look for a real non-stick pan for it otherwise it's going back to the store.

Terrible product! It doesn't cook evenly, there's an enormous gap in between the two doors and it even burns your toast UNevenly. Purchased at Kohls & I won't even give it away to someone. In the trash it goes. I do NOT recommend this product!

This product sucks. The so called Air fryer does absolutely nothing accept heat up the food - there is very little crispness, if any and chicken tenders come out soggy and the breading is never fully cooked through. Trust me when I say this products design and features are a joke and a bad one at that. I get better quality baking chicken wings, tenders, fries etc etc in my standard oven. I will NEVER again purchase or use anything this company designs/manufactures regardless of the circumstances, I will NEVER recommend this companies appliances, if I ever hear anyone saying they are thinking of purchasing a gourmia appliance I will do everything I can to steer them away from gourmia.

I have this and love it! It cooks chicken wonderfully. As well as burgers, fries, tater tots, pizza, pizza rolls, pork chops, etc. Maybe you got a bad one? We use it daily and love it.

Matt, we are just extending the cook time for our burgers. Recipe? Temp is at 425 degrees for 30 minutes. If the inside is still red, microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. Perfect berger. The instructions do say that YMMV, so you need to take their recommendation in the chart w/a grain of sodium chloride...

Be warned, while this does show a TINY gap between the doors in some shots on this but it is practically closed on other shots, the unit itself has a rather substantial gap between the doors. I am emailing Gourmia about this and they say it's normal. I'm talking mine has a 1/4 inch gap. I sent a picture. Also, on the one I got, if you grab the door hands together, and squeeze them towards each other, the gap closes a decent amount. Not fully, but a lot more than if you don't squeeze them together. I'm not going to try to tie them together to somewhat close the gap, on a brand new appliance. Sorry. Not happening. After doing a deep dive into reviews, I found quite a few have said the same thing and one also said they had contacted Gourmia and were told this was normal. I'm 56 and bought cooking and cooling appliances for 40 years and been using them since I was 10. I have NEVER had an appliance that was made for any type of cooking, where there was a huge gap that let air out. That's defeats the purpose of quick and fast if the heat is leaking out substantially. Thing is, it's mainly on THIS model, the GTF7465 and not present on other models. My question to customer care was, if it's supposed to be this way, why isn't it on ANY other models, even this model but the XL version that Costco and other places have. I've read the reviews from other places, and the gap seems to be an issue on THIS model and mainly the ones manufactured for Walmart. I will admit that their customer care is very quick to respond to me( especially since it's the holidays ) but so far no one has been able to answer any of my questions except to say the gap is supposed to be there.

Did you return the oven or keep it? I bought mine from Kohl’s and noticed the gap. I, too, wrote to customer service. I also think it’s wasted energy for that gap. Including tax it cost me $104. I’m using it for my RV. Not sure if I should return or keep.

OMGosh, You just answered my Question and helped me make a wise decision to NOT purchase it for Black Friday @ Walmart for $50.00...Thank you so much for the information. Most Deeply appreciated. Be Safe.

I don’t find the gap so big it makes a difference in my cooking. Everything I have made so far came out fine. I got it at Walmart for $50 bucks and a two year warranty. I’ve only had it a few weeks but we love it so far. If it lasts a year for $50 bucks I got my money’s worth.

*** They have come out with a newer model (gtf2448) fall 2023 and have redesigned the doors to fix the issue. You’ll know you have the newer one if the handles are wider/thicker/curved outwards from the glass. It’s the 6-slice one.
