What if they want to discharge you and you’re not strong enough to leave?
A) File an review/appeal. B) Suffer
Is there a way to report an outpatient service that claims to be voluntary, but always refuses to discharge patient? When patient has clean record for past year and shows no signs of hurting his/herself or others? And the patient tells transportation to stop picking him/her up, but they still come every time anyways? If so how and where do you report it?
What if they want to keep you too Long?? They don't help you recover quickly, they drag it out and just want your insurance money?
That’s so many nursing homes and long term care facilities, unfortunately. There for the money, not the recovery

What if you want to leave the hospital without a formal discharge?
That will probably create problems with your insurance, if that's an issue. (Like, you'll have to pay hospital bills?!)

If medicare stops paying you for nursing home care is it legal for the nursing home to start charging you a daily fee to stay there because they won't release you medically even if you want to return home.
My girlfriend wants to talk to me and they keep saying that she's not there we are to be married soon also they have been totally none helpfully for us not even let me see or talk to her shameful a hospital being like this I'd die before I'd let them take me there rude as hell
DOH, Medicare/Medicaid need to do a better job at monitoring the services provided by these entities. Money, Money, Money and no care. Complaints on top of Compliants and the same issues exist. The seniors suffer in these places and you know it. To add insult to injury they proclaim to be doing God's work. This was worthless.
