    This works so well 😍 it surprises me how long your layers are in the back as you have so much shape when you wear it curly, it makes it look like they’re shorter

    Those brush dryers changed my hair life. I got a knockoff on Amazon for $8.44, and it is the best thing I've found to get my hair as smooth as possible before straightening. I haven't completely mastered it like you have, but my hair is coarse and curlier. I wish this was in my life when I was a kid being teased for my big poofy hair. You did a great job!

    Girl! I literally bought this back in mid August when it was on pre-order and have yet to receive it. But you have made me so happy posting this because I was not sure if it would be good for curly hair. My hair is like yours except it’s a little thinner, but it’s so nice to be able to somewhat visualise what it will look like for me! 🥰

    • @demitherapy
      @demitherapy 2 ปีที่แล้ว +22

      Ok so update for those interested! I received it and have since used it twice on my long fine-medium curly hair. I’m usually a 2C to 3B. First time I used it on the low heat setting. It did not last 10 mins and began to frizz. Second time I used the high heat setting. Was quicker, and faster but did not hold up for long afterwards either. Ended up using a straightener to fix several sections of hair. But hey, it definitely gives VOLUME. And bumping the hair is good too.

    Be careful of the Revlon one. It gets WAY too hot and is damaging for a lot of people. I have it but it’s too hot to use. Like my hair gets so hot I can’t even touch it after a pass with the Revlon brush. It also gave me a lot of frizz vs a round brush and normal hair dryer. I think because it’s blowing air from under vs going down from the outside of hair if that makes sense lol.

  • @queenofstitcheswarrior2668
    @queenofstitcheswarrior2668 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

    I did this half of my life because i did not like my hair curly. It lasted so long! I used a regular big round brush like a hairstylist does (i was back at the time;). My hair is super thick and long so it was a lottt of work and hard on my arms/neck. But i do miss it! Only when it’s not rain season lol.
    In a few weeks i get my hair cut and i think i will blow them out again, just to see how it looks and feels after wearing it curly for more than 3 years!.

    Just a heads up for you guys, I ordered this blow out brush the beginning of August it’s now mid September I’ve had no updates from the company so I had to chase myself, they’ve given me four false delivery dates and it still hasn’t arrived. So only order if your prepared to wait! X

    I love your hair so much, it’s pretty similar to mine. Do you think this will work with the Revlon one step volumizer?

    How is your hair cut? In layers? I’m trying to add more shape and dimension to my curls to achieve this blowout look! Thanks love 💕

    Do you do this very often? How many times a week you think is safe to do it? I’m so afraid of loosing my curls

    How do you find it goes around the roots? I have fine and frizzy hair and I always straighten my hair. Especially my roots. Do you find it works okay?

    Everyone is making it seem so easy to use the blow dry brush. My hair tends to frizz up. Maybe I need to have smaller sections. Also I sweat sooooo much when using the highest setting. Idek what to do about that.

      i used to have the frizz problem too, just make sure to moisturise your hair a lot using a hair mask etc. in the shower and stuff, make sure your hair is around 70% dry and use thinner sections, it takes a while but the end result is worth it

    I have layers and much shorter bangs so I feel like thats why I can never get a solid blow up. Maybe if I one day grow my layers out lol
