    1) It's lb-ft of tourque.
    2) the towing capacity of this vehicle with the 3.2 pentastar is 4500 lbs.

To take that cover off, just pull it straight up and out. it sits a on posts that have ball end snaps. Takes a little bit of muscle but, that's it, no tools required.

i know this is an old video. but does/did the engine have a slight ticking noise. i think i can hear it in the sound. i recently purchased a 14 cherokee and it seems to make that sound

I am a Pentastar fan, I have owned 2 so far and the 3,6 out performs the old 3.8 Chrysler work horse leaps and bounds. Good vid!

Pull it straight up, has little nubs, where is power steering resvoir? Like on the grand cherokee.

Nice to hear that your top end is kinda clickity-klackity, too. I was worried I was having oil delivery issues or something.

Thanks for the video, I noticed that the blue tube that runs in front of the engine and just behind the engine oil cap is attached to the black box on the left. Mine is not attached so now I will have to fix it or replace it, Thanks

I have a FWD 2017 Cherokee LTD V6, and am noticing a high pitch whining sound. Car is at 60,000 kilometers and have been driven pretty hard. Think I could be the tensioner. It's a fast engine. But even we'll maintained indont think it will last

Tow capacity is 4500, and Chrysler didn't design the 9 speed transmission FYI

Question is why is this only vehicle 3.2l is used when 3.6l is used in everything else.

I'm looking at a cherokee to get, I'm not looking for huge power but, do you think the 2.4 4cyl is a good choice? Or just go with the v6? Thanks

I do have a few questions if you're looking into buy/lease the Cherokee. 1) How much are you willing to put down on it? 2) Do you want a 4x4 or 4x2? 3) What purposes will the Cherokee fulfill in your needs? 4) What's your engine specs on your current vehicle you're driving? 5) What MPGs do you average on your current vehicle? With these questions answered, it would better help you and me in understanding if a I4 or V6 is appropriate.

***** Actually, going to be a new driver so I have a little
Bit but I'm starting to look at options for a first car. I was looking to get in a couple years a certified pre owned one. I was looking at a latitude, FWD with the multi air 4. The power, from what I know is adequate. As a first car I am looking to get the 4cyl because of mileage it returns. Not looking to tow anything. Just curious if I should just throw in the little extra cash for the v6. Also, have you had any issues with your cherokee? Like warranty repairs? Just curious on reliability. Thanks

Reviewing this eng like it's some hot rod motor or some shit, it's a decent engine for a decent small suv. If you're gonna make a video about something you should know what you're talking about first.

worst engine I've ever came across. Try changing out a broken belt. Hell even filling it with oil is a pain, cause its filled at an angle easy to spill.
