In a press conference following the shooting, Hillsborough County Sheriff Chad Chronister said that deputies had previously been called to the home 10 times since 2021, mainly for mental health service and violence from Alexander against his parents. Deputies had previously seized firearms from Alexander following an active risk protection order that was filed.

Mental illness comes in many forms some cases, realality is not what is being precieved at all. In some cases the realality that is playing out in there brain is more like being stuck in a horror movie. That young man should have been instutionalized in a controlled mental health facility. Unfortunately our congress has been ingrained by a bunch of bafoons have done nothing worth a crap. Perhaps when we can vote these magers who seem to be suffering from mental illness themselves out. We can address this situation and build facilities to help people that need this help before such incredible sad events occur. 😮😢😮🎉❤ psychiatry is still in it's infancy we have a long long road ahead of us.

Who cares how he got a firearm? What worries me is why an army of police officers were there. It looked surreal
Hillsborough police sent out literally 50 cops to deal with one teen with a gun. an army of cops for 1 kid with one gun shows us how ridiculous and unnecessary 50 cops are for a single shooter is in my opinion. 15 cops yes, ok but not 50...
I drove by, and it looked like a parade of cop cars lined up for a block party. And then an accident happened by the Circle K a car got smashed up. I'm not sure, but I'll assume it might have been from one of the 50 cop cars flying in to back up their brother in arms.

These are the last of the "Last Days" Matthew 24:3-14. Jesus said it would be this way during the time of his "Presence" and the "Conclusion" of this system of things. He compared this time period to the days of Noah (Matthew 24:37). Why? Just as it was in Noah's day the earth is filled with "Violence." Compare Genesis 6:11-13. The Scriptures further state that having "no natural affection" would be another quality that mankind would lack in the time of the End. Compare 2 Timothy 3:1-4. Seek God and his righteousness, seek meekness while there is still time. Zephaniah 2:3.

You do realize that this kid got these guns illegally, right?
Anyone, anywhere, can get one illegally, even if everyone else didn’t have them. Which would be even worse

At the beginning of the pandemic, Governor Greg Abbott signed HB1927 into law, allowing license holders the freedom to wear their weapons unconcealed. People were afraid and he capitalized on that fear. Firearm sales grew exponentially as did the fear within average citizens. People who wouldn't dream of owning weapons went out and bought "personal protection". The NRA and SCCA got rich overnight. During the lockdown, Greg Abbott signed a law that classified firearm stores as "essential businesses" thus, allowing the panic buying of weapons to continue unimpeded
Now that the population is saturated with firearms, access has become easier than ever. Buying a used firearm or acquiring one from the black market is practically effortless. Stealing them is just as easy
Fast forward three years. Violent crimes involving a firearm are a daily, commonplace occurrence. It's not just Houston or Texas. Many of those firearms have crossed state lines. America is at war with itself and people are dying every day as a result

How can anyone ask the question in America, “how did he have any access to firearms,” in a nation so awash in guns that, not even counting the US military arsenal , we have more guns than people. The question is why does America have a per capital gun death rate that is many times higher than that of any other democratic industrialized nation. One thought is that on average the people in America lack the emotional and intellectual maturity to have so much fire power with such easy access.

  • @manuel-ow5bf

How did he get a gun? Well in Florida anyone can have a gun. Because of no background checks.
