They're sometimes raced on same size tracks here in U.S. True, there is nothing like standing in turn 3 at Williams Grove in Pennsylvania and watching one full throttle come under the bridge, kick sideways and go through the corner without lifting. The problem here may be that car is full up designed to race on dirt, and those big tires have so much grip on pavement that he can't get the car to rotate in the corner to carry the speed, so he has to brake to make the turn. But I think he gave fans a good taste. Did the announcer at the end say he was 1 second faster than the F1 cars that race there?
