No, a Dr led diet, started off calorie counting with slim fast, no carbs then into an elimination diet. Now I'm at a slower pace/ maintain (although I want to lose a bit more) so I've had some carbs which turns into all the carbs 😂 going to try do 2 weeks of slim fast again to cop myself on. 😬
