Venissa, add 1/4 tsp of the emulsion and then see the color. If it's fine do not add more. If you feel the colour is light then add a little more 🙂 We used only 1/8 tsp, that's half of 1/4 tsp. In this recipe less is more 😀
Venissa, the shelf life of Jujubes at room temperature if kept in an airtight container will be around 15 days at least. But you can keep them in the refrigerator for a longer period. While setting the Jujubes they need to be kept in an airtight container in the refrigerator & they do not get wettish.

Venissa, roll it again in Caster Sugar and place them in the Refrigerator. It should be fine. I'm really surprised how the castor sugar is melting. Are you located in a warm place. Moni, we haven't used oil in the recipe ingredients. Oil is only used to line the container and knife to make it easy for cutting and prevent it from sticking. You can do it without oil if you prefer 🙂
