This is a fantastic video for all 2025 Camry owners. It's the vital information the dealer doesn't have time to share with you... and the information you really need. Thanks, Brian!
We just bought a 2025 XLE FWD Camry and found it overwhelming to try to learn all about the electronic features. This was extremely helpful for those of us who are non-techies. Many thanks Brian. Keep up the great work.
Just purchased same vehicle as this person's reply, your video is Immensely helpful. it so terriffic to stop the video and replay to insure I can halfway remember your explanatiion and direction. As you age it is so true that it is more challenging to learn new information. I definitely want to tailor the vehicle to my preferences, I learned a great deal from your video despite initially pouring over the manuals this is 1000% better instruction.
Thanks Brian, this is just what I needed. It helps to have someone explain what these buttons do. I will be watching this video many times. I do read my manuals, and try to learn one new thing each night. Thanks again.
Thank you Brian for another great video! Every new Toyota owner must watch these as they are VERY helpful! I wish you a speedy recovery and a very healthy and happy future!
Brian, you are a blessing! I just bought a 2025 Camry SE after trading in my 2007 Camry. To say things have changed in 18 years would be an understatement. 😂Your tutorial has been so helpful to me. I will be watching your related 2025 Camry videos as well. I’ve been reading the manual, but your video has been the best I’ve watched to help me really learn these new features. THANK YOU!
Brian, This is an amazing video. Thank you so much for the detail you included. I just purchased the 2025 Camry and have every intention of maximizing the features available. My last vehicle purchase was my 2014 Prius, which I still own and hubby drives. Needless to say, many of these options, features, and controls are alien to me. Reading the 3" thick manual just isn't happening either. So, thank you! Your work is appreciated!
@@brianruperti I have the black in black Toyota Camry SE and I love it. I like all the safety features and the smooth ride. It feels powerful when you accelerate. Interiors are great too. The best sedan in my opinion.
Absolutely loved the tutorial. I traded in my 2017 Camry but the 2025 SE Hybrid had a lot more features. I feel very informed. No sign of a heated steering wheel but won't need it since I live in Florida.
Great efforts and excellent tutorial, as usual for all your tutorials so detailed and very precise and beneficial. Your way to explain should be standard and reference. I really enjoyed watching the video and always learn at least some information. Much appreciated brother. All the best wishes from your channel Egyptian fan. Peace ✌️
This was a very interesting and informative video. Your explanations are excellent. I just ordered a Crown, but It looks like the Camry buttons layout is very similar. I will watch this video multiple times.
I absolutely love my 2024 Camry XSE!!! I'm just wondering if it has the sensors when you're too close to an object? My 2018 Camry alerted you with all the things..which I despised and loved at the same time, can someone help me?
I just bought one of these, I was trying to learn more about the PDS asssit. the author describes it as slowing you down on curves and I don't think it does that at all. what it does does is work in conjunction with the adaptive cruise control in seeing vehicles you are approaching and applies the regen. braking even when you are not actively using cruise control. So, when driving in normal traffic when it visualizes a car ahead it starts apply brakes (assumed to be regen brakes) and slows you down. It will not bring you to a stop and it will warn you if you fail to apply the brakes when you get dangerously close to a stopped car.
@erikreppe6212 my apologies I said during turns but it is during driving turns or straight. Thank you for raising awareness to my mistake I appreciate it!
Very informative Brian! Is there any way to have the dashboard state the name of the street you are driving on when you have the compass displayed like in other cars I have had?
How's going, pretty awesome Video .At 5:27 you showed the time on the dashboard, how could I change that? my camry it's been 6/h+ since I got it. Thanks
@@brianruperti Brian does "eco mode" give you better gas mileage than "normal mode" or "sport mode" and if so, can you leave it in "eco mode" even when driving on the highway? Thank you.
Thanx Brian! Happy to see Energy Monitor available on 7” Driver Gauge Cluster along with ECO “status” screens. Using ideas from your previous “Crash Course Hybrid” video which cluster screens do you recommend for daily use to achieve best MPG? How many can be on DGC at same time or easily located & displayed when needed?
You’re welcome! I recommend choosing whichever screen you’d like as it doesn’t affect mpg and learn about hyper miling! Only one screen at a time can be shown in the MID on this unit but on the 12.3 screen you get two at a time and 3 pages
I have the SE sunroof version and there are three buttons under the mirror and I have no idea what those three buttons are… I didn’t open the book to read about the car because I like to be surprised😂😂… but I feel as if I found something new. Or learned something new about the car.😂
Really well done, great tutorial. Unfortunately here in Poland we still don't have this new version - it will be available from the end of the year. I am curious about one thing - the speed limit warning. You showed how to turn it on/off or change the threshold at which the warning is activated. If I want to have it off - do I have to turn it off before every ride (like it is in the new CHR) or the car remembers my previous choice? Greetings from Poland.
@brianruperti Thanks for a quick reply Brian. I would appreciate if you could check that for me. I watched a ton of reviews and I did not hear/see anybody talking about this speed warning. It can be annoying, very annoying. I am not a person who speeds a lot, but hearing a beep if you are 3mph above the limit can drive a person crazy. So it would be nice if this system could be turned off for good :) In Poland we have 1 (yes, one) Camry. I know how crazy this sounds. The EU version (so I heard at the dealership) has not been launched yet, they only produced a few pieces for promotion. There is a chance this one piece would come to my city sometime in September but only to have a look, no test drive possible.
@brianruperti The Polish specs of camry is a bit different, this car is recognised as a lower-premium segment. Even the lowest specs is already good equipped. Thus you do not have that many options/extras that you can add. I guess that if Poland would share the US specs camry would have already be launched here as well. Anyway, we must wait :) Cheers!

Great video! Are you able to view the hybrid energy monitor on the infotainment display? Usually it’s in the vehicle information menu with the climate and fuel economy pages. Maybe it’s an option in settings? I don’t see it by default on the Camry like I do in other hybrid Toyotas. Thanks!
Thanks! I did not see the hybrid energy monitor. Very silly of them if they removed it. But I understand why. It’s very distracting! They do the abbreviated version in the MID
